Our story
my-order.download started with a simple problem: digital products are sold professionally, but delivery often feels “thrown together”. Customers can’t find links, file names are confusing — and support gets flooded even though the order was paid for.
We wanted to fix this properly: with a download experience that feels premium and works reliably in the background.
What we believe
- Clarity beats complexity. Customers should reach their download without needing instructions.
- Control without stress. Simple rules (expiry, limits) instead of workarounds.
- Automation is service. Good processes reduce support and make scaling possible.
What’s next
We’re building a way for merchants to manage digital assets centrally and merge orders from multiple channels cleanly — without “multi-tool chaos”.
